چکیده
This paper studies the Majorcan shipping fleet renovation using privateering to incorporate ships by force for an approximation naval technological frontier. Corsair predation provided required this process. The development of a small merchant and corsair benefited also from reinvestments certain seafarers merchants in shipowning, after observing business opportunities that war created.
